Osborne Clarke advises Regen Holdings on sale of Axil to Towerbrook

Lawyers at Osborne Clarke in Bristol have advised recycling business Regen Holdings on the sale of its majority stake in sustainable waste management and recycling company Axil to investment firm TowerBrook.


TowerBrook and Axil’s partnership will help to drive smarter waste management solutions and support businesses in achieving their sustainability goals, while creating long-term value for clients. Both Regen and Axil are based in Corby, Northamptonshire.

Osborne Clarke’s team was led by Bristol-based corporate partner David Ferris, who said: “It was a pleasure to work with Richard Priestley and the Regen team to support this transaction through to a successful conclusion.”
