Osborne Clarke in Bristol advises on sale of Creo Europe

Lawyers at Osborne Clarke in Bristol have advised medical device company Creo Medical Group plc on the sale of 51 per cent of a subsidiary to Micro-Tech.


Chepstow-based Creo Medical Group has entered into a binding agreement with Micro-Tech – which manufactures endoscopic medical devices - for the sale of 51 per cent of the issued share capital of Creo Europe, a wholly owned subsidiary.

Creo Europe manufactures and distributes specialist gastroenterology, urology and endoscopy products to healthcare providers across Europe.

A multijurisdictional Osborne Clarke corporate team advised on the transaction, including Bristol-based partner David Ferris and associate director James Mackay. It also included counsel Sara Barona, partner David Miranda and associate Pilar Diaz in Spain.
