AGENT LAUNCHES PROPERTY PODCAST
A North Somerset property agent and a radio presenter have launched a new podcast that takes an entertaining look at the property scene along with hints and tips for house-hunters, landlords and property owners.
Andrew Simmonds, director of Parker’s Estate Agents in Backwell, North Somerset has joined forces with “JP” - John Peters, who presented the morning show on Galaxy and Star FM, to create “The Right Move?” property podcast.
The monthly online chat includes knowledgeable guests with the latest episode featuring Visit Somerset CEO John Turner and Estate Agent Ben Grant of Gibbins Richards based in Taunton.
Said Andrew Simmonds: “We are building an audience of people interested in the property scene. Buying, selling and owning a property can be frustrating, exciting and engaging in equal measures. The podcast looks at all aspects of property with some insightful guests and some nonsense from JP and myself.”
This month’s Podcast looks South to Somerset where Ben Grant talks about the property scene around Taunton, Wellington and Bridgwater and John Turner looks at the wider attractions of the county.
Said Andrew Simmonds: “Our region is a magnet for people who want a better life. Some people are looking to move here as there are workplaces such as Hinkley Point; while others come to the West Country on holiday and then want to live here. Our guests can shine a light on what that means for the area.
“We also deal with down to earth matters and listeners questions – this month that even includes dealing with a quandry about a septic tank for a listener.”
