Strawberry Field Forever

Strawberry Field Forever

The first five new homes have been released for sale at The Strawberry Field in Hempsted, the latest development by award-winning home-builder Redcliffe Homes.

Located in a village setting overlooking open countryside, the development will eventually feature 33 two, three and four-bedroom homes and has already been attracting high levels of interest, especially from potential buyers currently living or working in the nearby city of Gloucester.

Work started on site early June 2021 and the first homes are expected to be ready for occupation in early 2022.

Lorraine Kendrick, Redcliffe’s head of sales and marketing, said: “There is a real demand for high quality environmentally-sustainable new homes in the area, so this small select development in Hempsted village is both timely and offers a sustainable solution to the local housing needs.

“The selection of homes we’ll be providing will cater for all needs, from first-time buyers – who we are expecting to be able to assist with some Help To Buy properties – to family homes and even people looking to downsize for their retirement.”

The marketing suite and showhome will be opening imminently and interested parties can register their interest now with Andrews Estate Agents in Gloucester or Steve Gooch Estate Agents in Tuffley, and personal consultations can be booked with David, the Redcliffe sales advisor, on 01452 923966 or saleshempsted@redcliffehomes.co.uk
