New Marketing Manager At Redcliffe Homes

New Marketing Manager At Redcliffe Homes

Chipping Sodbury-based independent housebuilder Redcliffe Homes has appointed Laura Vincent to the role of Marketing Manager.

Bristol-born Laura brings with her more than 10 years of experience in the new-build industry, having previously worked for Redrow Homes, from 2013, and Newland Homes, from 2020, where she got bitten by the marketing bug.

In her new role, she will be driving Redcliffe’s marketing and social media activity forward, improving brand awareness and, in her words, “doing Redcliffe Homes justice.”

She said: “I come from a learning, development and training background. I was contracting and looking for a permanent role with a new challenge when I saw a Sales Consultant position and decided to give it a go.

I really enjoyed interacting with people, building relationships, and guiding them along the exciting journey of buying their new home.

I found my passion for marketing when I had the opportunity to cover maternity leave and luckily, I was able to continue to learn and feed my enthusiasm, which has led me to where I am today.

I was aware of Redcliffe Homes being a local company and had an interest in what they were doing.

I particularly like the fact that Redcliffe Homes is like a small family. I love how approachable and involved everyone is, and the hands-on approach.”

That ‘family’ includes Sales Manager Mandy Parker, who celebrates 10 years with the business in 2024, and who Laura is taking over from with regards to Redcliffe’s marketing.

Laura added: “Mandy is a fantastic role model and has a great work ethic, I know I have big boots to fill. I’ve had the best welcome and very much look forward to working alongside Mandy and excited to see what we are going to achieve together and with the rest of the Redcliffe team.”

Away from work, Laura loves discovering independent restaurants, traveling and exploring new places while enjoying photography and capturing moments on camera.

She has a keen interest in fitness and is a ‘boogie bounce’ instructor. This is a dance-inspired, choreographed training concept using mini trampolines.

She also enjoys spending time on the open road on her motorbike, often enjoying days out with her father, who introduced her to the two-wheel way of life.

Redcliffe Homes is currently creating new houses in Milborne Port, Chippenham, Ashleworth and Old Sodbury. For further information, visit www.redcliffehomes.co.uk
