New Clinical Fellow for BCRM

The Bristol Centre for Reproductive Medicine (BCRM) has expanded its team with the addition of Dr Hadeel Alkharouf as its latest Clinical Fellow in reproductive medicine.

The clinic, which treats patients throughout the South West, Wales and further afield, now has a team of 13 expert fertility consultants, supported by a considerable and experienced team of patient support, nursing and laboratory staff treating an increasing number of patients each year making them the largest clinic in the South West.

Hadeel Alkharouf qualified from the Jordan University of Science and Technology in 2011, subsequently focusing on obstetrics and gynaecology for her specialty degree which she received in 2017.

A member of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Hadeel worked for four years at a private fertility hospital in the UAE, relocating to the UK for work in September 2023 and joining BCRM this summer.

Hadeel said she decided she wanted to be a surgeon when she was still in kindergarten and quotes the “smiles on patients’ faces” as the ultimate reward in her professional life.

Outside work 37 year-old Hadeel, who has two young sons with her orthopaedic surgeon husband Qusai, enjoys outdoor activities and supporting her boys in pursuing their football and martial arts.

BCRM www.fertilitybristol.com is based at Aztec West, near the intersection of the M4 and M5 motorways. The clinic is involved in innovative research covering a range of fertility issues and has one of the best success rates with IVF and other fertility treatments in the UK.
