Award-winning property developer and architect Studio Hive is continuing its expansion with the recruitment of marketing graduate Molly Wyatt.
Molly joins the Bristol-based business as marketing coordinator, taking its headcount to 14. She holds a BSc in marketing at Swansea University, where she worked on social media for the students’ union and acted as a campus ambassador.
She was also brand and marketing manager for Swansea Women in Business while at university before joining Purplex in Weston-super-Mare as a social media executive after graduation. A keen runner, Molly competed in this year’s London Marathon, completing the course in a time of 3 hours, 36 minutes and four seconds.

The development of new offices, homes and student accommodation at the £375 million Silverthorne Lane scheme in Bristol’s Temple Quarter.
The development of Weston-super-Mare RFC, transforming its clubhouse facilities and building new flats and an NHS health centre.
The proposed transformation of the former Battleaxes pub in Wraxall, North Somerset, into new offices, homes, a business hub and a licensed cafe/coffee shop.
