Osborne Clarke in Bristol advises Morrison & Co. on joint venture investment into Spanish Telecoms
Lawyers at international law firm Osborne Clarke in Bristol have acted for global infrastructure investment firm, Morrison & Co., on its joint venture with Swiss Life Asset Managers and AXA Investment Management to acquire lyntia Networks.
Lyntia is a Spanish open access wholesale fibre operator and Osborne Clarke acted for Morrison & Co in relation to its 33.3 per cent investment stake in the business. Bristol-based partner Sarah Knight and associate Hannah Maidment advised on the transaction.
The new shareholders will continue to support the delivery of lyntia's service in providing nationwide neutral connectivity across Spain. The investment adds to Morrison & Co's existing digital infrastructure portfolio which includes investments in Vodafone New Zealand, Fore Freedom in the Netherlands, Kao Data in the UK, CDC Data Centres and Amplitel towers in Australia.
