Clarke Willmott advises Inuvi on acquisition of express diagnostics
National law firm Clarke Willmott LLP has advised health assessment and laboratory testing business Inuvi and its newly formed subsidiary Plymouth Health Limited on the acquisition of Express Diagnostics Ltd.
Inuvi, based in Wokingham in Berkshire, delivers over 100,000 health assessments and phlebotomy visits every year through its national network of mobile health practitioners, and completes millions of blood tests at its laboratory in Gloucester.
Plymouth-based Express Diagnostics is the UK’s largest provider of remote Holter analysis and electrocardiogram (ECG) interpretation. It specialises in providing cardio-respiratory diagnostic services as well as audiology and health screening services.
The Clarke Willmott team involved in the transaction was led by Simon Thomas, managing director of the firm’s commercial services division, with support from partner Bethan Evans (Banking), associate Sally Grech (Banking) and solicitor Megan James (Corporate).
