Parker's gold winner

Parker’s Estate Agents, with its base in Backwell, North Somerset, has won The British Property Lettings Gold Award for Bristol.

The judging team mystery shop every estate agent against a set of 25 criteria to obtain a balanced overview of their customer service level. Parker’s clinched the award for their work in the BS48 and BS49 postcode areas.

Andrew Simmonds, director of Parker’s said: “The lettings team have done an awesome job and it is great to get this recognition. In todays housing market managing the lettings process is more vital then ever.

“We have an experienced team led by Tracey Simmonds with Heather Holloway and Yasmin Wringer taking us to a new level this year, which was clearly recognised by the judges.”

Robert McLean from the British Property Awards said: “If an agent has been attributed to one of our awards it is simply down to the fantastic customer service levels that they have demonstrated across a prolonged period of time. Winning agents should be proud and their customer service levels provide a benchmark for the local, regional and national competition.”
