Tilney Smith & Williamson strikes a pose for equality on International Women’s Day

Senior women at Tilney Smith & Williamson, the leading wealth management and professional services group which this month announced it will re-brand to Evelyn Partners in the summer, marked International Women’s Day in Bristol by striking a pose for equality.

The firm has women in almost 60 per cent of its team lead positions in its Bristol office, either as partners, directors or associate directors.

Several of them gathered to mark International Women’s Day tomorrow (TUES, 8th March) by striking this year’s #BreakTheBias pose, crossing their arms to show their commitment to calling out bias, smashing stereotypes, breaking inequality and rejecting discrimination.

“As part of our commitment to diversity and inclusion, Tilney Smith & Williamson is a signatory of HM Treasury’s Women in Finance Charter, which seeks to improve gender balance within the financial services sector,” says Nigel Hardy, Managing Partner at Tilney Smith & Williamson in Bristol.

“We are delighted to be supporting International Women’s Day and our ongoing commitment to equality."
