Clarke Willmott's Housing Week to offer unique insight into social housing sector

Key issues in the social housing sector will be discussed during a series of webinars for Clarke Willmott’s Housing Week 2021.

Experts from the firm’s specialist social housing team, alongside some guest speakers, will cover topics ranging from green issues and decarbonisation to the latest in planning law and current corporate issues.

Taking place from 11-13 May the series of eight online events have been announced to replace the annual conferences usually held by the firm in Bristol, Cardiff and London.

Housing providers, contractors, banking specialists and other industry experts are invited to register for the free events which will also include Q&A sessions.

Vicky Kells, joint head of Clarke Willmott’s social housing sector, said: “Our annual in-person conferences have always proven to be very popular so we are excited to continue providing these useful and insightful sessions to our clients and other industry leaders digitally.

“The wide variety of topics we cover across the three days not only showcases our expertise, but also provides an excellent forum for sharing ideas and knowledge with others.

“This year we will be covering External Wall Systems, Cladding and the EWS1; Stock Transfers; Asset Management and Leasehold Law; Housing Management and much more.”
