Property agents appointed at Greenbank development
Residential and commercial estate agents have been appointed by Generator South West for the greatly anticipated Greenbank development, The Chocolate Factory, which is all set to launch this Autumn.
Residential sales will be handled jointly by CJ Hole’s Redfield office and Savills’ New Homes division. CJ Hole will also handle all enquiries for the 36 shared ownership homes at the development, which will be provided by Yarlington Housing Group.
Commercial enquiries for the scheme’s new retail units, café/bar and workspace will be jointly managed by CJ Hole and Burston Cook.
When complete the site will boast three and four-bedroom homes with parking and gardens and one and two-bedroom apartments. There will also be a public open square, community hub and access to the popular Bristol to Bath Railway Path.
Jason Schofield, Development Director at Generator South West, said: “It’s great to be able to announce the appointment of such a highly respected team of residential and commercial agents for this project, ahead of our official launch in September.
“The Chocolate Factory is an exciting scheme which will provide a vibrant living, working and leisure space for people in the sought-after BS5 community.
“Formerly the Elizabeth Shaw Chocolate Factory we have worked hard to retain key aspects of the site’s industrial past and combined it with a contemporary new look.
“The development’s postcode matched with the standard of living and the amenities on site mean we are expecting there to be a high degree of interest in both the residential and commercial accommodation.”
