Growth plans and new Managing Director for Bristol-based IT services company Chorus

Chorus, a well-known Bristol-based IT services organisation, embarks on an ambitious five-year growth plan driven by the appointment of a new Managing Director.

Newly appointed Managing Director Nicola Saner said: “When Chorus was founded in 1999 the goal was to bring enterprise-level technology and support into the SME market and to help organisations of all sizes get the most from their IT, which is why our mission is 'using technology to put people first.'

"Thanks to our excellent staff and customers Chorus has grown consistently over the last 21 years, I am excited about the opportunities ahead of us and looking forward to leading Chorus through the next phase of its growth.”

In moving from Operations Director into the role of Managing Director, Nicola will be leading the executive team and driving the five-year business strategy.

“This year has been especially challenging for organisations, but we have seen the incredible flexibility and importance of technology,” says Nicola.

“Now more than ever, organisations need the right support to help them get the most from their Microsoft technology and securely embrace a cloud-orientated modern workplace.

“One of the cornerstones of where we are today is that we’ve built a strong culture and I believe it is our expertise combined with our approach that have attracted staff to work for us and appealed to our clients. Key to this was the launch earlier this year of our new company values: ‘stay curious, embrace the future, champion the truth and enjoy the journey."

Chorus has also strengthened their senior management team in preparation for their growth plans and recently launched a new Security Operations Centre to help UK organisations benefit from advanced security protection and support against growing cyber threats.
