Free online hub provides personal wealth healthcheck for executives

Law firm Clarke Willmott LLP has launched a free online tool to help ensure business executives don’t neglect their personal and family finances.

With many competing demands on their time, their personal affairs are often easily overlooked.

But the Executive Wealthcare Tool launched by Clarke Willmott can help ensure they are in the best possible shape.

It takes just a couple of minutes to complete, and generates a complimentary, personalised wealthcheck report, identifying any potential risks or issues that they should address.

If they want to discuss further anything raised in the report, there is a team of specialists on hand to help, but there is no obligation to get in touch.

Partner Paul Davies leads a private capital team for Clarke Willmott LLP, and has helped wealthy individuals, trustees and executors with all manner of legal and tax issues for two decades.

He said: “All too often, busy entrepreneurs, business owners and executives spend huge amounts of time focusing on the financial welfare of their businesses while often overlooking actions they ought to be taking in relation to their personal and family finances.

“Understanding how best to manage personal financial and related legal matters can seem like a tall order.

“But it’s important to ensure you have arrangements in place that benefit you and your loved ones, while also meeting your tax and other obligations efficiently.

“Taking just a little time to understand your options when it comes to wealthcare can help you focus on the priorities, and enable you to plan, protect and preserve your wealth in the most effective way to meet your personal goals.”

The executive wealth healthcheck tool is one of several that can be found on Clarke Willmott’s Legal Hub, with more being made available soon to cover other areas of law.

Paul added: “Our new online hub is a modern way for us to provide support and engage with people who may benefit from legal advice but who do not necessarily want, or have the time, to pick up the phone and have a conversation yet.

“Once they receive the free report, they can decide for themselves whether they need, and are ready, to seek more detailed professional advice.”

Clarke Willmott LLP is a national firm with regional offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, London, Manchester, Southampton and Taunton.
